  Landscape Committee              Social Committee
  The Landscape Committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month with County and HOA landscape company representatives. This Committee discusses maintenance of the common area landscape while monitoring the community's water usage.  
The Social Committee meets on the third Monday of every month to plan social events for the whole Community, as well as welcomes new homeowners. 
  Architectural Committee   Facilities Committee
The Architectural Committee meets first Thursday of every month to review home improvement applications. Complete applications must be turned in 14 days before the meeting. Homeowners may obtain a copy of the Guidelines and Application at the Clubhouse or on your Walters Portal.
The Facilities Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every odd month. Our focus is on the Clubhouse Facilities. If you have any input on an improvement or maintenance needs at the Clubhouse, please drop your thoughts in the Suggestion Box located in the clubhouse.
