TO: All Morgan Hill Homeowners
Recently, the Morgan Hill Board of Directors received the resignation of Board member Tim Baum.  The Board is asking that any person interested in being appointed to the Board to fill the remaining term of Tim Baum, submit their name to Walters Management.
The basic applicant requirements are:
·        Be in good standing with the Association
·        Be a resident of the Morgan Hill Community
Persons interested in being considered must submit in writing their name, contact information, and why they would like to be considered, to Ms. Lisa Misuraca (lmisuraca@waltersmanagement.com) or drop off a written statement to Mr. Frank Rothstein at the Morgan Hill Clubhouse.
The deadline for submitting your name is Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 5pm.  The plan is to interview candidates on Friday, June 9, 2017, with the announcement of the appointed person being made at the Special Open Session meeting on same day.

As you may be aware, on Friday, April 7, 2017, Governor Jerry Brown issued an Executive Order (B-40-17) ending his previous Declaration of Drought.  For homeowners, this means they are now again responsible to ensure that any and all natural lawns (grass) are being properly watered so as to not have any brown lawn.
The Governor’s Executive Order continues to prohibit these practices:
·        Hosing off sidewalks, driveways and other hardscape
·        Washing automobiles with hoses that do not have a shut-off nozzle
·        Using non-recirculated water in fountains and decorative water features
·        Watering lawns in a manner that causes runoff
·        Watering lawns within 48 hours of measurable precipitation
